Black Bean Burgers
There are few dishes easier to make and tastier than hamburgers, you just need a very hot grill or frying pan and a few minutes until you have a delicious meal.
This vegetarian hamburger recipe has as its main ingredient black beans, known for their many health benefits like high fiber content, which helps maintain the proper functioning of the digestive system, and also quenching the appetite.
The secret of these delicious hamburgers is the stir fry that is done in the beginning with white and purple onions, garlic and peppers, which give a more intense flavor to the burgers. Sweet potatoes help balance the flavors and also maintain the consistency of the hamburgers.
Although this is a delicious recipe, it can be easily altered to suit the taste of each person. You can use chick-pea instead of beans, add mushrooms to the stir fry or canned tuna creating other appetizing and versatile versions, allowing you to use what’s in the pantry.
